St Kilda East - Brighton - St Kilda East:
Last night, after many beers and many many dumplings DK suggested an early morning roll to flush out the legs. It sounded like a great idea at the time, a horrible idea when I woke up, but it was back to being a great idea by the time we were done.

Rugged up, but maybe not quite enough, we tapped out an easy roll down through the back streets of the bayside suburbs until we hit South Road, then turned back home towards a hot coffee.

That slight calf tear feeling was still present, but a bit better than yesterday. That said, I didn't go anywhere as hard as I did yesterday. I'll stretch the surrounding muscles and continue to monitor it and depending on how it progresses I'll adjust my routine.
