6am NRR:
I sat in all ride, my legs were sore and I was tired.

If I was so sore then why ride? That's a good question, one that I hope to understand the factors of better. I've got myself a copy of Allen & Coggan's "Training and Racing with a Power Meter (2nd ed)" to try and understand more two factor theory (fitness vs fatigue). I want to know when I'm pushing too hard, or if I'm yet to do so. Besides, I can't have Wilko know more than me.
