NRR Long:
I'm not yet getting to the top of Two Bays with the front bunch, but I felt better this week and the data tells me I was faster than last week up Two Bays. In fact the data tells me I'm about the speed I was in late May last year. That's kind of cool, I've got just under two months head start on getting faster.

I blew up on Canadian Bay. I could see the move, I covered it almost until the flat middle section, but I wasn't quite there. I made it back on to the bunch due to a great sit on a TKM rider, but once we hit the Two Bays climb and guys started to attack, I was instantly doing my own thing again.

Commute:
I had to make a detour on my way home to ensure I rolled into 3 figures for the day. It had been a long day and I just wanted to be home, with a pile of food, but getting 100km had to be done.
