6am NRR:
I slept poorly last night, which didn't help quell the thoughts of going out with the quarter too bunch, I'd even woken before my alarm, so I had enough time to get there. To combat these soft thoughts I summoned my super power (procrastination), and set about reading the internet on my phone until it was time to go meet the 6am crew.

My legs weren't delightful, but I rolled turns anyway. By no means did I roll as many as I could, and for that I'm a little ashamed, but I did enough to work up a sweat in the cold, pre-dawn fog.

I've been trying to think about my training. No, I don't try to think about it, it's pretty much a given it's on my mind. What I mean, is I have tried to think constructively about it, to try and analyse where I'm at and what I need to do to get where I want.

I'm currently in talks with two opposing ideas. I need to go harder. I need to rest more.

Put like that I've tried to opt for the former (well for the life of this blog. It's not always so clear cut, especially when my brain is consumed by the haze of fatigue from riding my bike a lot.

Put another way, to NRR long or not to NRR long?
