There I was, walling in a nice deep hole of self pity, thinking about how crummy my legs felt and how little motivation I had, when a thought hit me. Imagine how trashed I'd be if I'd finished.

The thought didn't make my legs any happier, but it was good enough to snap my brain out of the funk I'd let it slide into. The weekend is done, time to think about how to get faster for the next race.
