6am NRR:
I just want the kms, I want to be fresh on a Wednesday so I can get around the long loop, I'm not ready for full on time in the box... yet I cant just sit in. I can't not work the front for position. I can't not get to Brighton and think about the sprint.

I had some good moments today, given the the power data, the moments were simply ones of good attitude to pain, of accepting the hurt, of reaching a limit and pushing on anyway.

Today felt like something I do to get better than I currently am. Today felt like training.
