SKCC Crit:
I haven't thrown a hissy fit, but I want to.

I turned up early to ensure E grade had a marshal, then rode around with women's b-grade. After that I hopped in with d-grade and felt ok. Then I did a poo. Then I DNF'd a-grade.

I was dropping wheels horribly out of turn 2 and 4, and eventually my will to race went "meh". I rolled to a stop, found a brake rubbing and hoped that was it. The power data doesn't look like that was all it was.

I'm not sure what to do now. Give myself more rest each week (ease back on my current easing into it strategy), or to take a full break and start a fresh in a few weeks/months.

Take a rest bro! I took 2 weeks off, treated my body like an amusement park and I feel great!!

I prefer to treat my body like a temple, a biblical one. 24/7 money changers and dove sellers!
