I'm not unfamiliar with the concept of training stresses, today especially with the state of my legs its a concept I've considered several times.

So today, especially with the state of my legs, might be a good time to start paying attention to them. So here's a little review of the last three weeks of Strava "Suffer Scores". It's basically a number based on HR that says how much you've pinned in that ride. It's not a bad starting point when talking about how much damage you've done to yourself.

Last week: 465
Week before: 470
The one before that: 251

Alright... um... yeah... no idea what do do with that right now, so i'll just leave it there for the time being and check this week's number once Sunday is in the bag.

Oh and just in case I didn't mention it earlier "especially with the state of my legs"... and no, I'm not going to qualify what that state actually is!
