6am NRR:
My aim this week was to work on three NRRs, I didnt work at all today, so failed my aim, but I feel better about it all than I did yesterday.

I sat on today, pulled up the outside from midway down the bunch to crest Rickets Point first, then back into the loving embrace of the draft until the sprint which turned out to be a standing 600m effort, that took serious tongue biting to push through.

I think that tongue biting technique might have some merit for 1km ITTs, give the brain something other than the legs to thing about.
