6am NRR:
Surprisingly to me, it turns out my legs don't feel so fresh on the 3rd day of the first 3 day training block I've done in a while. Did that make sense? I hope so, because I've written it now and it's too late to change.

The only time I went near the front was to get a better sit rather than hanging out with all the dudes strung out in the gutter by the cross wind.

I'm happy to have this one in the bank, the weather was nice and the two flat whites post ride with Skinny, Dreamy and Pip were bloody delicious.

I slipped a couple of extra kms in on the roll to work, mostly because the weather was nice, partly because I had too much caffeine running through my veins.

While I rode I thought a bit more about how my body is working at the moment, or more specifically how it's performing after the bike fit with Hoggy. It struck me, I don't feel overly tight in the hips or ITBs at the moment, usually when I'm getting reasonable volume and hills in I start to tighten up. That's handy.
