6am NRR:
With the intent (and fear) to do NRR long tomorrow I wanted simply to get kms in the legs this morning and work on achieving the mental calm/purposeful pedalling I've recently found useful when climbing.

I never felt too stressed by anything that happened, though strava tells me it was the quickest I've ever done the NRR route, obviously this only dates back to the start of April, but interesting none the less.

The sprint was looking fantastic, Skinny had me at 57km/h on the front of a very stung out line of blokes as we passed Glen Huntly Rd, only to see the results of a crash on what we assume was the 5:45am NRR. The situation looked in hand, so I'm left with regret about what could have been. Oh man we were flying and I was right in the box seat with legs raring to go!

I rolled a couple of extras to and from work, simply because the weather was nice enough to do so.
