The sky was not looking pretty, and once we'd finished riding the damp trails, neither were Jimmy or I.

Fresh kit was splattered with mud... yes mud, I dont care how many 'horse apples' there were, only mud hit me, my face and my oft open (panting) mouth.

The loop wasn't too long, an hour or two, just long enough to highlight how far backwards my skills had gone. *hint* It's a fair way.

This may come as a shock to many, but mountain biking is a ton of fun. Though I reserve the right to change my opinion once it comes time to clean my bike.
