1 x Flying 100m @ 82"
2 x 1/4 lap Power jumps @ 98" (30km/h)
1 x 1/2 lap Power jumps @ 98" (30km/h) 
1 x 200m MACC @ 98"
1 x 200m MACC @ 106"
5 x 1 1/2 lap Match sprints @ 82"

I skipped my rear wheel around a few times in the power jumps, I so desperately wanted to beat Jack.

The MACCs were good, but that should go without saying. Having your own personal wind break for maximum power efforts is good. Very good. So much so that the idea has gone beyond cliche, it's a truism.

For the match sprint work I talked with the juniors I raced, the theme for the night was sneaking height when following.
