I swung a KB last night for the first time in ages. Nothing too serious, a few dozen reps to show a mate what they are... and today my legs are sore.

It's almost comical, at how this effects my self view. I haven't trained on two of my standard training days due to weather, and now a few lifts have left me wondering where the closest disabled dunny is.
