Weights:
Yesterday I decided the weather would be too shit to ride, so organised to catch up with Steve to move our bodies under the shelter of his garage.

There were certainly chunks of time during the day, where the sky was blue and it seemed my decision was the wrong one. I suppose I'll never know for sure, but I don't regret catching up with a mate and doing some exercise.

2 x 5 @ 70kg Deadlift
2 x 5 @ 90 Deadlift
2 x 3 @ 100 Deadlift
2 x 1 @ 120 Deadlift

4 x 25 Box jumps @ 24"
4 x Plank (push up hold)

2 x 25 KB Jerk @ 16kg
2 x 25 KB Clean @ 16kg

The couplets were done in tandem with Steve. One person doing one exercise, while the other it's partner. Holding a plank while Steve box jumped, and vice versa.

I'm probably going to suffer on the bike tomorrow, I can already feel my quads telling me stories.
