I'm going to hold my squats at their current weight, and it's possible it's time to drop them again, all in the name of getting my chest up.

I have no idea what happened in my press, sure that extra half kg on my last PB was heavy, in the first set the bar was unhappy about being asked to move. The second was better and the third was just full on fail.
