I fear training may take a bit of a hit the next few weeks, they're simply too much else going on.
I'm going to do what I can to line up all my duckies as I'm feeling good today. Not too stressed by yesterday's gym session, no lingering feelings from racing. It really does seem like a time when I can just drill myself and achieve good gains.
