Fuck. Yes. Squats done with only 1 rep that game me any cause for concern. Press were tough despite only a 500g increase in weight. Power cleans started well with nice high pulls for the first rep or two, but by the 4th rep of each set my legs weren't quite providing the same peppy jump.

This is all good though, 2 of those weights are PBs and I'm drawing closer (with far better technique / form than last time) on the PB for power cleans (75kg).
