1 x 5 @ 80kg Dead lift
1 x 5 @ 160kg Dead lift

Simply put I didn't think I'd get my lifts tonight, but was happy to get everything (including 2 PBs).

In hindsight I should have done an extra single 45kg squat to bring the grand total (for squats) up to 4.5 tonne, oh well, next volume day I'll have it licked.

Nah, you should have just done 180kg as squat #25. Don't know what you were thinking!

I know what I was thinking, it was "oh thank fuck these squats are done, they're fucking heavy". :D
