Feeling like I've missed a bunch of training. it's likely somewhere between 0-2 sessions a week, but combined with a lack of mental focus feels pretty bloody significant.

Anyway, looking forward, I believe the back is broken on all the other life shit, so I'm going to get selfish with my time and get back to the level of training that makes me happy and helps me reach my goals.
