With 2 days of racing midweek I did ponder sets of singles tonight, but soon had to admit that the races don't matter massive amounts to me and that regular training should continue.

I went at each set with the "get it fucking done" mental attitude that's featured the last few weeks and came away with 2 new PBs, including the breaking of the bench press record that has stood for some time.

I lost some concentration on my last deadlift and felt my back rounded rather than my shoulders pulling my whole body (and obviously the bar) upwards, so I'll repeat the weight next time.
