Squats never stood a chance against me today, I had a great "In, get them done, out" mental attitude that saw me chalk whiteboard marker up a PB for 3x3 and another one for press.

Power cleans are still feeling good, but then I'm still 10kg shy of the max I've achieved and using smaller increments to get there than last time.

An a separate note it was just James Dann, John Cochrane and I in the gym, so we had plenty of time to bullshit chat. I find it difficult to remember that the two of them are 15, they lift weights and race bikes like men already, I can only imagine how fast they'll be by the time they hit 18.
