1 x 5 @ 20kg Bench Press
3 x 5 @ 67.5kg Bench Press

1 x 4 @ 40kg Power clean
3 x 4 @ 60kg Power clean

Squats are still going up, though the boys tell me I'm dropping too deep at the bottom and my left knee is caving before I mentally force it back to a better position.

I've taken a few kg's off the Bench press and power clean to get full sets done. I'll also start to use smaller increments to try and get continued gains.
