Singles at 3x3 weight, I'll admit when I was told this was my training for the night I was cranky. I wanted to be big and strong... RAOWR!

In hindsight I would have struggled with the 140kg I wanted to do, the ghost of yesterday's ITTs were hanging about and ever rep felt HEAVY.
