Commute:
There are some days when a 74" gear feels too big, today was one of those days. Normally I scoff that anyone would ride a 69" around town, surely they'll get nowhere.

3 x 5 @ 53.5kg Press

1 x 5 @ 100kg Deadlift
1 x 5 @ 167.5kg Deadlift

3 x 6 @ 1kg Chin ups

When the first set of squats went up, I was surprised but happy. To complete the 3 sets and chalk whiteboard marker up another PB is even better.

The same went for the press, I've had 52.5kg on the board for a while and consistently failed to get 55kg up for even 1 full set. The question becomes, do I go to 54.5kg or 55kg next time?

Deadlifts, well I pulled a PB off the ground, but while the first rep was passable, each rep was less pretty than the previous one, and the last two had complete back/form breakdown. This is one exercise that I'm going to have to reset on weight.

Finally chin ups, I threw on the weight vest and a whopping 1kg. It's now the most amusing PB I have on the board. When James started doing weighted pulls, he had 5kg in the vest. That would have pushed me well over 100kg and my brain just couldn't cope with the idea of chinning that today.

yes yes, you had did 10kg yesterday, but when you started out adding weight months ago, it was 5kg, rather than the 1kg I strapped on.
