I tweaked my shoulder/neck napping yesterday, yep, napping. I raced 4 hours on the mountain bike last weekend and 8 hours on the road bike this weekend, and the way I injure myself is by zzz'ing on the couch. Anyway, It felt ok for squats, a little tightish at the end, but not too bad. I simply didn't have the press in my tonight and dead lift tightened the shoulder/neck so I aborted after a single warm up rep.
