Commute:
I considered not even removing the race number from my hard tail for my ride this morning.

There was rain, there was monos and there were moments I wondered if my new bars would fit through the gap between cars (only one abrupt stop required).

A few heavy singles to keep the body ticking over and keep the mind quiet.

I think I lost my back at the bottom of the squat, but was ok in the dead lift.
