I thought about riding out to the Haus this arvo, but instead opted to roll easy to/from work and drive to preserve my legs for the efforts. They've still got a hollow/well used feeling from the last week and the weekend's antics.

1 x 5 @ 72.5kg Bench press
1 x 3+1+1 @ 72.5kg Bench press
1 x 1 @ 72.5kg Bench press

1 x 2 @ 72.5kg Power clean

The squats went up, the form was good aside from the occasional one to shallow or too deep. That's as much positive as I've got for the day as both bench press and power cleans highlighted how trashed my body was.

Sleep now becomes one of my highest priorities. I'll manage training on a day by day basis.
