Commute:
I should have done some intervals, but instead I looked at the delicious of bacon in my fridge (yes I am suggesting that multiple bacons are referred to as a delicious), and instead chose to consume it.
This was not the best decision I have ever made for my training, it was not the hardest decision I have ever made for my training, but it was up there on the deliciousness scale.
