Commute:
I was thinking about a conversation I had with Chris yesterday, it goes without saying that the dude is strong and fast, so when he told me that his best kilo times are 1:09/1:10.... and I'm aiming for 1:05 I begin to wonder if I've set the bar way way higher than I can achieve (this year).

My dead lifts were better in form than last week, but were hell on my thumbs. I hook gripped the first 3, then swapped to straps for the last two. Straps certainly made the job simpler, and I felt like I could have pulled 165-170.

Let's not talk about the presses. It's been a few weeks since I did them last, it showed. Just to confirm, that wasn't me talking about them, it was... well never mind what it was, it just wasn't the thing that I said it wouldn't be
