Commute:
I've been avoiding looking at my time from last weekend, at the splits that when added up will tell me just how far off a 1:05 kilo I am right now. It's time to face that face on, it's better to know what I have in front of me than to hide it away and hope that things will be ok.

Ouch, you can see that I went ka-boom at the end of lap 2.

Ok, this will need to be done again before metros, this time when I'm not sick, and this time I will "float" lap 2.
