ABOC Sprint @ DISC:
1 x 125m Power jump @ 82"
1 x 1 Entry @ 82"
3 x 125m Seated power jump (in pairs) @ 82"
1 x 1,000m @ 100"
1 x F200 following (try to pass) @ 100"
1 x F200 leading @ 88"

I'm not recovered, but Carl had offered to give me track time for a Kilo and that's something I wasn't going to miss.

What resulted was a near replica of last time. Good to know I've learnt from experience and listen to others.

Ok, here's the lessons that I will promptly ignore the next time I do an ITT.

* Don't be sick
* Keep your head up out of the gate (straight arm dead lifts)
* Float lap 2

The first one is important, I only managed 1,400 Watts out of the gate, down considerably on what I know I'm capable of. I'll be back for this one.

Also.... I still haven't found my goat. Please, if you see it, tell it to come home.
