Seated efforts on massive gears are evil. I'm not going to go as far as to say I dislike them more than tiny gears efforts, but they're heading in that direction.

This week instead of being a pretend motorbike for the enduros last effort I took part. Chris Dann set the pace for 15 laps and dudes launched to get themselves around. I did the same, taking the timing from whenever someone I knew went. I'd give them a 10-15m head start then chase them down like the little rabbits they are. In all I think I managed 4, possibly 5 laps up on Chris, each of them taking roughly 2 laps to complete.
