Commute:
My. Legs. Were. Shagged. on my ride in this morning. I also may have been telling anyone that strays too close to me about it and what's caused it (yesterday's ride).

1 x 5 @ 20kg Press
3 x 5 @ 47.5kg Press

1 x 5 @ 50kg Dead lift
1 x 5 @ 130kg Dead lift

3 x 6 Chin ups

4 PBs in one session and some ugly squats.

Firstly PBs, for the first time I nailed 100 skips without break/mistake, then I got my 47.5km press done, then I picked 130kg off the ground and finally I hauled my fat arse off the ground for sets of 6 chins.

The less positive side of it all was my squats, I wasn't/couldn't get my arse out enough and ended with a bit of rounding and a whole lot of squatting off the toes.
