NRR: (long)
The ride didn't feel quite as fast without David Kelly on the front, rumour has it he crashed at Tour of the Murray and broke his arm. The wind always felt like it was in our faces, and the hills took me to a bad place filled with unhappiness and a complete lack of sugar and spice.

The main culprits for slugs and snails and puppy dog tails were the "bay" road twins (Canadian Bay and Two Bays). I think the style of strength training done with Jeff had me better prepared for these shorter hill types, the type that is somewhere between an extended out the saddle effort through to those that requite sitting for under 3-7 minutes (in my mind still a strength endurance exercise).
