I'm starting to feel good about squats, 115kg was complete arse at 3x5 a month or so ago, in a few weeks when I'm doing it 5x5 I will consider my issue overcome.

Press felt tough on the first set, but a bit better on the next two.

Dead lift was rad sauce. Regular grip wasn't an issue, the weight went up, I even had an enough left to lift it a 6th time for James to take a photo. Next time I'm going to go for 160kg with a regular grip.
