Commute:
My intent was to ride easy as I could on the way in (though the northerly was not helping) and to throw in 1 shortish effort on the way home to prepare my mind and body for intervals.

Intervals:
1 x 5 min E1
5 x 10 sec MAX:2
5 x 10 sec HCLR:2
1 x 5 min E1
1 x 15 min 30s A&S E3 r/up (last 2 min)
1 x 5min E1
1 x 15:15:15:15 r/up
1 x 5min E1
1 x 15 min 30s A&S E3 r/up (last 2 min)
1 x 5min E1

I had to ask for a bucket after the 15:15:15:15 ramp up, and for the last E3 effort I may have only done 10 min instead of 15, I really cant be 100% sure either way as my already dodgy ability to count goes right out the window and time distorts when I'm in the box.
