I'm really pleased with the squats, partially because it was two and a half tonnes, but mostly because I performed 25 squats with good form. I imagine part of it is that I'm starting to find a good place for the top squat on my back/shoulders.

Nailing my 70kg bench press was just icing on the cake. I didn't realise at the time, that my bench and power clean the same, kind of amusing given the difference in the size of the muscles involved.
