I, Neil Robinson, am an idiot. I did one set of press and thought "that was difficult, but I was able to complete it with out major concerns, I should, after a period of sufficient rest, be able to complete the next two sets and thus record a new PB in this exercise of pressing." That wasn't the idiot part, the idiot part was where I didn't take sufficient rest and thus failed after 4 reps in the middle set. I WANT MY PB!

In other news information that's not overly newsworthy but is still important to me. My back form in squats is continuing to improve, I will add some weight back next week and see what happens, my hope is that the bar will be heavier, but I don't want to jump to any conclusions this far out.
