My first few squat reps of each work set were ugly, and the last couple were decent. It seems that I'm dropping my chest, which then leads to my back rounding out which then leads to the ugliest lifts ever. This has gotten worse as the weight has gone up and I've reached a point where despite being able to move the weight, I risk doing more harm than good. Next week I'll go back down weight so we can get the back strength achieved and form nailed to support the heavier lifts.

After my dead lifts, my body decided it needed to hug 115kg of bumper plates and it wasn't going to take no for an answer. So halfway through a conversation it shut my brain down and got on with the business of man-iron love. Sadly the barbell didn't reciprocate the affection so when my brain came back online, it was to a sharp pain in my ear. Fuck you body. Fuck you barbell.
