Stretching:
I looked at my trainer and thought about intervals, I should get on the interval wagon sooner rather than later. Carl's told me that it's all about E3 efforts, working up to hour long sufferfests in the lead up to the Warny.

In the end I decided to go hard on the next two day's NRR and just to spend some time with the foam roller and stretching.
