The failures on bench are disappointing, but as it's the limit of what I've ever done, I'm trying not to sweat it or let worry effect the lift. Next time (2 weeks) it will go up 15 times, and then I'll start using the 0.5kg plates to micro-load.

I was happy to clear the 3 figure barrier for squats. There were a few wobbly reps that took fighting to get up. Still everything went up and next week the bar will be 100kg (+5kg for the top squat) and that will be the end of 2 figure numbers.

Finally I need to think more about my power clean form. I break at the elbows which wont be an option as the weight rises (no pun).
