The squats felt a lot better than last week, even with more weight. My main issue (last week) of the bar being uncomfortable and doing odd things to my wrist were helped by pulling the trapezius muscles in tight. I'm looking forward to progressing up the load on the squat, mostly because it'd be nice to be ahead of the juniors.

The bench presses were right on my current limit, a bit of shaking and a few very slow (but never paused) reps at the end of each set. I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that next week the weight increase will be tiny.

Power clean needs some work, but mostly on technique and timing.
