As I rolled along to work today, I had a rare moment of multitasking. I simultaneously considered both what geometric shape my legs were trying to turn the pedals in (most probably a scalene triangle) and whether I had reached the end of my "season". I've been wondering if/when that "oh god... NO MORE!" feeling will arise and 24 hours of racing/16 hours of driving in 1 weekend has certainly taken it out on me.... but as soon as I thought about stopping for a bit my mind wandered.

I haven't raced endurance track stuff for a while. The weather this week is looking shiteful and an evening spent at DISC, riding indoors and out of the rain (insert joke about DISC's leaky roof here) would be a nice way to get my endorphins fix.

In a similar vein to what I did at CCCC's crits, I've not raced a-grade at DISC, depending on what the handicapper says and how I go, trying to get myself to A might be a good challenge for the next few weeks.

results from the weekend are here. We came 8th overall and 5th in Men's 4s (rather than 6th as assumed previously).

Great work on the weekend mate. The Bright race reminded me again not to be stupid and think about 24hr racing! I hope you still maintain your Wednesday night vigour. I need some motivation.
