ABOC Sprint:
With the road crits (both Glenvale and Port Melbourne) cancelled I took it easy for the morning and just set my sights on the afternoon track session.

I'm sure I'll edit this once I know the actual names of each drill, but for now here's what we did.

4 x rolling starts/chases
1 x 1km motorpaced (all behind the bike.... DUH)
1 x 1km motorpaced (last 250m in the wind)

The motorpacing was interesting, I was pretty wheel shy on the first, and by the time I was inching closer to the roller on the second one, it was time to fly free for a lap.

Reading this, it seems hilarious that I only did 6 things, but I can assure me (and you) that I was shaking and queasy by the end.
