Rest:
*sigh* I've missed doing intervals, on one hand that's awesome because I've kept every scrap of my meals inside my stomach (you know, except for the stuff I poop), but on the other hand they're designed to make me faster.

I might get them done in the next couple of days as time starts to free up. It's going to suck, but not as much as the Otway.
