Everything was going peachy until the tabata sprints. Life started to suck around rep #4 then turned to absolute shit by rep #6. Life was so shit that I was still panic breathing at the end of my 5 minute rest, I thought it prudent to give myself a couple of extra minutes before hitting the 4 minute ITT. For the record, it also sucked.
