We had a bit of a turn up tonight, the word of Bruce Dickey had convinced around a dozen old faces to come along for a bit of a roll.

Given that the Yarra had been given a slight influx of water again, the trails were sodden or even down right covered with water. Bruce took us out back to the alleys of Eaglemont and Ivanhoe, a different route to the one I've done before, but it shared the same steep climbing style I remember.

The pace was never extreme, but the fun was. Low co-efficient of friction combined with a high co-efficient of shared memories, lead to plenty of laughs.
