I'm not feeling super strong, but a willingness to hurt returned today while I ITT'd late to work. It's a different mindset, one that I would like to cultivate more. The top of the hill isn't where the pain stops, the top of the hill is a marker, a time frame to see how much pain you can jam into yourself. The answer is inevitably "more".
