2 x 20 Deck squats
5 x 5 @ 43kg 3 pause squats
1 x 5ES @ 15kg Explosive step ups to squat
4 x 5ES @ 20kg Explosive step ups to squat
3 x 5ES @28x2 48kg Bulgarian split lunges
5 x 10ES Jumping Bulgarian split lunge
2 x 30m @45kg Sled pull
2 x 30m @45kg Sled drag


As normal the squats and the step ups were superset'ed (I think I just made up that word) with each other, the same went for the sled work.

Jeff got a little sneaky on me, changing the weight on the step ups when I wasn't looking. In fact, I thought it was all with a 10kg bag, so I suppose it doesn't matter.
